Robin received her BA in Musical Theater Performance from American University in 2017. She also studied classical acting with the British American Drama Academy Midsummer in Oxford Program in 2016.

Robin is also a gifted instrumentalist, she has played the violin since she was four years old and has also recently picked up the ukulele and mandolin. She finds the challenge of adapting to a new musical instrument incredibly fun and rewarding, particularly if it is stringed. She has been seen onstage playing guitar, keytar, electric bass, piano, and various percussive instruments as well!

Particularly funny is Ms. Weiner.  Her solo “I Hate Men” is a highlight of the evening. Watching her fully commit to the frustration she feels with Fred and every other male, she nails every sigh, facial expression and holler. She is a very talented comedienne and is made for this type of musical comedy.

Belle is above all a singing role, and Robin Weiner’s clear, strong vocals are the most sparkling musical ornaments of the production.

Bob Ashby, DC Metro Theater Arts

As Belle, Robin Weiner possesses a self-assurance on stage coupled with a strong singing voice.

Matt Reville, InsideNOVA

Robin Weiner acquits herself well as Belle in singing but also displaying a sensitive change in character in her song “A Change in Me.”

Weiner’s performance is remarkable on several levels.  She opens the show with a violin solo and plays a wonderful violin even while she sings.  Her voice is also sweet as the young woman and sad as she switches to play the child in “The Little Match Girl.”  I was very moved with “Snow Song” at the beginning of the show and which reprises later in a duet with Naylor as the show closes.  Weiner’s and Naylor’s first meeting is bright and full of laughs as they sing, “The Sales Pitch.”
